  1. Great! I think this is the right time to lower the wages

As all really need that so that they can settle living routines and and maintain standard of living.

  2. Losing 7 cents an hour doesn’t seem like much but it adds up. Families need to tighten their belts and cut out luxury items like cable tv and renting dvds. I am turning most of my backyard into a garden to help lower my food bill. I also got 2 chickens, they will help keep down the bugs and give me enough eggs that I won’t have to buy them anymore.

  3. I disagree! Business owners should be increasing wages and the government should decrease taxes. Business owners make 10 fold the amount of money the poor workers receive.

I say find a better paying job and don’t settle for anything less.

  4. An increase in wages by 42 cents & then decrease in wages by seven cents will have very less impact because they are still getting 35 cents more than their initial wages of two weeks earlier…

  5. the private business owners are known to exploit the workforce to an extent and the taxes leveraged by the government are brutal. There has to be an increase in the wages in order to meet up the tax requirements!

  6. You know, it all comes down to the fact that seven cents is seven cents! Add this up over the course of the year and it will seem signifiant - slightly. After recieving an increase, consumers should not have to experience this. The fact that they received a raise and are still making more than before is not important.
